(Junior)/ Account Manager DACH (f/m/d) Online Platform for Renewable Energies full-time

 

With Milk the Sun, we make sustainable investments in renewable energies possible for everyone! Our platform is the central contact point for independent investors in and operators of commercial solar plants and offers the "digital home" for their projects and investments. In addition to the online marketplace, we provide access to a comprehensive service portfolio of leading partner companies as well as our own value-added services over the entire life cycle of a photovoltaic system. To strengthen our team and to communicate our service portfolio to customers in the D-A-CH region, we are looking for you as a new team member.

 

Your tasks:

 
  • Takeover and support of an existing customer base in D-A-CH with regard to the purchase and sale of PV projects as well as the procurement of services for the operational management and optimisation of such projects.
  • Supporting the expansion of our user base as well as the conversion of users of the platform into permanent customers, from the identification and approach, through the registration and use of our platform, to the conclusion of a transaction.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and tech team to expand our on- and offline sales activities for all our solutions on the platform.
  • Validation of solutions for our customers as well as operational mediation of orders to partners via our platform.
  • Prospective technical specialisation in specific customer groups and/or service types in the evaluation, operation or optimisation of PV systems.
  • Regular market monitoring of current developments and support in participating in relevant trade fairs and events.
 

Your profile:

 
  • Completed training or studies, with initial experience in telephone customer care.
  • Your negotiating skills lead to sustainable sales successes.
  • Technical or PV-relevant experience or affinity desirable.
  • German at native-speaker level and good written and spoken English (another foreign language would be advantageous).
  • Enjoy dealing directly with demanding customers by telephone and/or e-mail.
  • Determination, perseverance and independence coupled with the ability to work in a team and achieve goals together.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
