This service allows us to show targeted advertisements related to our contents and allows interests-based analysis. C. CONTACT


You may contact us electronically via e-mail. In this case the data you send via e-mail will be transmitted to us and stored by us.

These are:

When e-mailing us based on your interest in our services, the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Data will only be transmitted to third parties (external service providers) if this was the purpose for contacting us. For system cleaning in particular we only use external partner companies whom we specifically forward your request to. In this case the legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

This data will be deleted when it is no longer required for the respective purpose. I.e., after completing the e-mail exchange with your and your matter has been closed.

You may at any time withdraw your consent to your data being processed. Please use the contacts above for this purpose. After withdrawing your consent all of the personal data required to contact you will be deleted.


D. Newsletter


We offer a newsletter which provides recipients with information about our services (newsletter subscription). To receive this newsletter you will need to subscribe to it on our website. The data provided by you when subscribing to it will be transmitted to us and only used to send the newsletter.

These are:

  2. The IP address of your computer system
  3. Data and time you subscribed

Your e-mail address is required to send the newsletter to you. All other information is required to prevent abuse of our system and the e-mail address specified.

The voluntary information is used to provide you with more targeted information about our services. However, this information is not required to send the newsletter.

We use MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce de Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308 USA) to send the newsletter. Rocket Science Group LLC has agreed to comply with European data protection provisions, as the company is certified under Privacy Shield framework.

We analyse the reading behaviour of our newsletter mailings and can track the opening rate and click rate. This behaviour can be matched with the individual newsletter recipients. The purpose of this is to make our newsletter even more interesting and tailor it to the needs of those interested in our services.

Before submitting the newsletter subscription you will be prompted to consent, referencing this privacy policy (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You may at any time unsubscribe, thus exercise your right to withdraw consent and remove you from data processing. Every newsletter e-mail contains an unsubscribe link for this purpose.


E. REGISTRATION


You may register for a user account on our website. The data provided by you will only be used to use our service. The data stored during registration will not be transmitted to third parties unless required to fulfil the purpose of the contract.

  3. Art. 17 GDPR - You may request deletion of your personal data we have stored unless processing is required to exercise the right to free speech and information, to comply with legal obligations, for reasons of public interest or to assert, enforce or defend against legal claims.
  4. Art. 18 GDPR - You may request processing of your personal data be restricted if you dispute the correctness of the data, processing is illegal but you reject its deletion and we no longer require this data but you require it to assert, enforce or defend against legal claims or you objected to processing pursuant to Article 21 GDPR.
  5. Art. 20 GDPR - You may request your personal data provided by you be transmitted to you in a structured, common and machine readable format or request transmission to another controller.
  6. Art. 7(3) GDPR - You may withdraw your consent at any time. As a result we will no longer be able to process data based on this consent.
  7. Art. 77 GDPR - You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can typically contact the supervisory authority of your normal place of residence or of our registered office for this purpose.

G. RIGHT TO OBJECT
