Business Development Manager (f/m)


Milk the Sun operates the world’s largest international online marketplace for photovoltaic systems – and we still have ambitious plans. Our platform is the place to go for project developers and operators and serves as an optimal search channel for global investors for such projects. Together with selected partners we provide a full range of services over the entire lifecycle of a photovoltaic system – and are continuously amplifying this.


Your tasks:

  • Planning, validating and extending the growth opportunities of our product and country portfolios together with the management team
  • Translation into new digital solutions for our customers and partners with the product development team as well as their implementation in the organization
  • Independent steering and implementation of the projects aimed at optimizing our core processes for continuous scaling together with our operational teams
  • Support in document preparation for investor communication during the funding process
  • Constantly look over the edge of our daily tasks and ask: What can we do better?

Your profile:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration or comparable studies
  • First working experience in business development, project management or in consulting
  • High affinity for digital business models and start-up environment
  • Strong analytical understanding and the ability to make use of numbers and information
  • Maker attitude with interest in entrepreneurial tasks and a structured and proactive working style
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (additional languages advantageous) as well as excellent command of MS Office
